For more than 80 years we have worked diligently with the United States military and understand the importance of protecting our homeland. After all, nearly half (45%) of our executives and 66% of all ARINC Engineering Services employees have served. Because of this, we proudly offer a robust benefits package to our fulltime military veterans. Take time to better understand what ARINC offers those who have served. Expand AllActive Duty Military LeaveARINC offers active duty military leave for both employees who enlist and reservists that are recalled to active duty. These employees are granted four years of leave with the option to request an additional year when appropriate. Included benefit options:

Short Term Military LeaveARINC offers short term military leave for employees who receive a call to military training, active duty, Search and Rescue, or Civil Air Patrol missions.
