ARINC Ethical Values and Standards of Business Conduct

ARINC believes that its ethical values establish the foundation for its business success. We strive to conduct our business activities consistent with the highest ethical standards as well as the many laws, regulations, and policies that impact our business dealings. At ARINC, we believe that the company and all of its stakeholders benefit from the exercise of ethical behavior. We take pride in the ethical programs that we provide to help our employees in this process.

ARINC is a high-growth company and continues to expand into new countries around the world. As we do so in a diverse business environment, it is important for each of us to ensure that our daily business conduct is consistent with the relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical rules for business practices in those parts of the world in which we operate.

ARINC relies on its employees to implement ethical values throughout their organizations. To facilitate this process, ARINC has an established Ethics & Compliance Program that is provided to each of our employees around the world. In addition, an ethics handbook is provided to each employee to assist them in their day-to-day decision making. The handbook includes the workplace rules, standards of business conduct, procurement integrity, and intellectual property guidance among other information.

ARINC maintains an Ethics and Compliance Helpline that provides a confidential mechanism for asking questions about—or reporting—wrongdoing, ethical concerns, policy violations, violations of law or regulation, or other areas of concern. The reporting may remain anonymous to the extent permitted by law and consistent with the obligation to review, investigate, and remediate, as necessary.
